New Eyeglasses Poll

It is a well known fact that I have VERY poor vision. I frequently warn people that if I do not greet them in passing, it is not a snobby gesture, but that I simply did not see them…awkward!

Being nearsighted and having a desk job seem to compliment each other considering I am on the computer most of the day. If I wear my contacts at work, they really bother me because it throws my focus off and I have problems seeing my screen. I haven’t got a new pair of glasses for about 2 years now and I think it’s time! On a recent shopping trip, I popped into an eyeglass shop (C!) and was instantly attracted to these Chanel’s. Now, here is my issue: I am pretty conservative and not sure if I can pull off these geek-chic frames off, but for some reason I couldn’t resist LOVING them. As such, I’m looking for your feedback.
